2 – (6oz-8oz) salmon fillets @sizzlefishfit
1 cup – sliced zucchini
-1 – lemon ( juiced and zest
2 tbsp- coconut amino
1 tbsp- olive oil
1 tbsp- #flavorgod seasoning
1/4 cup – rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp – garlic ( minced
Marinade salmon for 15 minutes.
2.Skewer Zucchini and salmon than season with #flavorgod lemon and garlic seasoning.
3.Skewered and than pan seared for 3- 5 minutes on medium heat in a pan, took off of heat than added a squeeze of lemon and lemon zest.
Garnished with micro greens and lemon wheels served with rice.
