smashed a 2 hour workout this morning feeling like I’m floating ️️️ and my arms have turned to jelly in this smoothie is frozen nanas + strawberries, maca, blueberries, and plenty of @purecocobella to help it all blend up! a good way to save money is to buy bulk fruits that can be frozen – often at markets or supermarkets they will put a discount on ‘over ripe’ fruits. we got around 3-4kg of strawberries from the markets for $10 2 months ago and froze them all so now we have plenty for the summer! it’s a bit more effort but so worth it compared to paying $14 for a tiny bag from the shops and I like to use the slightly mushy/ugly fruit in smoothies because it tastes the same but I don’t like eating them on their own have a lovely day p.s. shoutout comp is still on! check out my previous post for details recipe.
