Sooo I’m really into the Acai Chocolate combination I added 2 tsp of @organicburst acai powder to my chocolate overnight oats, it adds a little something flavourwise that goes so well It’s also getting those powerful polyphenols (as well as vitamin E) in there, which are antioxidants that protect us from environmental toxins As well as essential fatty acids omegas-3-6 and 9. All added in a bowl of chocolate oats
CHOCOLATE ACAI OVERNIGHT OATS
Makes 2 small servings
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
3 medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
2 tsp @organicburst acai powder
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 cup oats
Blend everything together except oats until smooth. Pour into bowls or jars, and divide the oats between them. Give it a good mix, then refrigerate overnight. I topped mine with pomegranate seeds, almonds, pear and coconut milk.
