Sorry for the rubbishy lighting. It’s gloomy here! I do three days on liquids every month because after experimenting for over a year, we (well, after observation by mummy Lipman) have realised that I do well on juice. It’s just habit now and part of my self-care plan. However, if I get hungry, I let myself eat something and now it’s getting cold I’ll make a cup of homemade soup if I have to. This month I’m trying a bespoke @thinkfoodsuk cleanse (and they even sent some @teapigs tea and some @pana_chocolate for afterwards!) and it’s nice to have juices delivered rather than making my dad drive me for an hour to pick some up in Fulham.
