Sweet potatoast for lunch today
To make it I just steamed a sweet potato then thinly sliced and baked in the oven on high for 20 minutes. I topped two slices with avo, nooch, tomatoes, pepper & coriander and two with strawberry jam, tahini & cinnamon Which potatoast (thanks @conhart751 for the name ) do you prefer? Sweet or savory? #VEGAN
