#tbt to this bowl of veggie deliciousness! Romaine lettuce, kale, yellow tomatoes, radishes, broccoli, chives, and @kitehillfoods ricotta almond cheese, drizzled with @hilaryseatwell salad dressing. To make this one an entree, add protein, a bit more fat, and definitely serve it in a big bowl (i.e. more veggies = more fiber)! ☀️
