The humble avocado/tomato on toast combo with lots of himalayan salt, pepper and chilli flakes! I absolutely love bread – my favourites are wholemeal spelt sourdough, or any form of rye, soy and linseed and even white sourdough! After two years of being ‘wheat free’ and avoiding gluten like the plague I’m so happy now I know bread isn’t the enemy for me!
