@THISRAWSOMEVEGANLIFE COOKBOOK REVIEW  ______________________________________________________ Emily Von Eeuw, the founder of @thisrawsomeveganlife and best selling author of “Rawsome Vegan Baking” and “100 Best Juices, Smoothies and Healthy Snacks”, is one of those people you start following and then secretly become obsessed with because you just love everything they post. I’ve been a fan of her blog thisrawsomeveganlife.com for a while and am so grateful that she’s let me share many of her recipes on this page. So, when she asked me to review her brand-new book, “The Rawsome Vegan Cookbook”, I was obviously thrilled. I love that she also shares a lot about her life on her page because that gives you the impression that you’re reading a close friend’s book. The book is filled with over eighty delicious vegan recipes that are a blend of raw and cooked, all of them using whole and nutritiously dense foods. I personally love it because that is exactly how I now love to eat most of the time as well and because Emily and I share an obsession with Tahini:) I’ve had the book for about a week now and I can’t wait to try some of the recipes. I think my first one will be the healthy Mac & Cheeze! Another huge plus is that all of the recipes (with the exception of maybe 2) include pictures. I’m very visual and seeing the dishes makes me want to make them even more:) The book is now available worldwide on amazon and many other bookstores! Highly recommended.  #bestofvegan
