Tonight’s evening exercise in my accountability group is to make a gratitude list. And it’s not your normal list… it’s everything your grateful for about YOURSELF. Today is all about self gratitude and it feels good to unapologetically love myself. To really love my strengths but also love myself enough to be ok with my flaws.
I’m digging this week a lot. It’s all about self love, not in a vain way, but in a genuine way. To choose love over fear. To stop the negative self-talk. “Establishing a new self-dialogue is a crucial step toward becoming more self-loving. What you say to yourself unconsciously becomes what you consciously believe about yourself.” It’s time to clean up the conversation you’re having with yourself, friends. You are so much more than you even know. You are meant for greatness. You are meant to be happy. You are meant to be fulfilled. You are meant to be YOU. You have so many amazing things to offer the world. SHARE THEM.
