An Oklahoma woman claims the man who was convicted of molesting her when she was a little girl has moved next door, and according to state law, there’s nothing she can do about it.
CNN reports that Oklahoma law bars sex offenders from living near schools and churches in efforts to keep predators away from children. However, there’s no statute in place to prevent a convicted sexual predator from moving next door to his victim.
