UPDATE: Spoke with my doctor! Sometimes it’s normal to get worse before getting better. Anywhooo… Yesterday was my laaaast day for oats/grains (for the most part; mainly focus on being GF)/no nuts for a while. My endocrinologist says it’s best for my AiD; i.e. To help the inflammation, my thyroid’s response to these inflammatory foods (for MY particular body). I’ve always been a fan of Paleo (which are guidelines for how I should eat – but keep the potatoes plz hehe), and I believe every person needs their own PERSONAL take on nutrition. Putting my work with @seeyoulaterleaner on hold but doc’s orders, and I’ll be BACK. Need to see major improvements before trying to make changes. Thank you all for the well wishes. Road to recovery.
