Vegan Cheese With Pomegranate Seeds, Balsamic Vinegar And Thyme By @Oruga_San
1 1/4 cups cashews soaked overnight
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons sea salt
1/3 cup grinded almonds
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
3 1/2 cups plain unsweetened almond milk
1 cup agar agar powder
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE:
Blend cashews, almond milk in a food processor, put in a saucepan, add agar agar and heat up stirring permanently. Add the nutritional yeast, flaky salt, almonds and white pepper. Put into blender, pulse a couple of times to blend in the spices. Transfer the cheese to containers(bowls); cover and refrigerate until firm, serve with pomegranate seeds, balsamic vinegar and thyme.
