Leave it in the freezer. White layer • 2 cups of soaked cashews (2-4 hours) • 4 dates • 1 cup of coconut milk • 1/2 cup of lemon juice Mix all ingredients in a blender for a bout 5-8 minutes to get a really smoothy ‘dough’. Pink layer • take half of the white filling and mix it with 1 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries Now put the layers into the pan alternately. Freeze your cake for about 3-4 hours.
