We’re celebrating #WaffleWednesday with this #pumpkin whole wheat waffle with cream cheese topping from @salt__and__sunshine. Check out the recipe below.
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
1 cup milk (almond works well)
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another then combine and pour into your waffle maker.
For the cream cheese topping mix 4 oz cream cheese with 2 Tbsp pure Maple syrup until creamy. #breakfast #brunch #breakfastofchamps
