When people/clients ask me now what they can do to change bad dietary habits, it’s through education! Educate yourself and family members so you’re more knowledgeable on the subject. Once you know the dreadful side effects it has on your body, you become (hopefully) less inclined to go for that piece of fried food☝️
Speaking of educating yourself, you guys have given me some great recs for podcasts– I’m listening and compiling a list over the next couple weeks to write a blog post about my favs All around health, wellness & fitness! If you have more, drop them But honestly I think I landed on the motherload listening to my first podcast, @dave.asprey’s @bulletproof radio– Vegetable Oil the Silent Killer…. it will blow your mind!
