Yesterday on the subway, I encountered the most heartwarming moment. A man got on and excused the interruption to everyone’s travels. With his trolley of goods, he announced that he had free food – fruit, granola bars, water for anyone: homeless or in need, that there is no shame in accepting food. It was such a beautiful moment to witness the kindness and selflessness of this man, which, to me, symbolizes hope in these changing times. Not everyone has access to fresh foods, and yet not all fresh food gets sold. What can we do to make the system work better? Despite anything that happens from tomorrow onwards, I think we can all do our part in creating a better world through mindfulness and generosity Thanks for reading my heavy thoughts. I hope you’re all having a lovely week!
