Yum yum! I had no spinach but that didn’t stop me from making a hash waffle (added frozen bell peppers and onions instead with 142g alexia hashbrowns, 1 egg, + 1 egg white), leftover asparagus, and sprouts bacon. So good! Perfect for breakfast, or in my case, for lunch!
